What is a Debtor In Possession Account?
A Debtor in Possession Account is a bank account that is specifically designated to be used for all financial transactions of a Chapter 12 debtor from the time of filing until the case is no longer open and active. The debtor in possession account may be the same account used prior to filing as long as the account has the style "Debtor in Possession".
